I was standing at a street corner (west and berry) and saw a police car pull up as they were pulling up on the loud speaker I heard a cop say disperse so turned to run got tackled, while on the ground I yelled I’m not resisting multiple times but yet 4 officers still held me down. Once I was in zip ties they proceeded to hold a can of mace to my eye and mace me 3 times.
