I was walking by myself downtown Fort Wayne approximately 10 p.m. and was approached by 4 or 5 Fort Wayne officers. One of the officers stated we looking for a guy in a grey hoodie, another officer stated “You almost got your ass f-ing shot! I said “Shot for what?” (as my heart racing and hands up in the air). I stated “I’m not doing nothing, I’m by myself, I don’t have on no grey hoodie!” Meanwhile going back an forth with the officers one of the officers yelled, we got one to go boys! Guns drawn as I’m begging for my life, I stated “I have 3 kids to live for please just take me to jail and don’t kill me!” Never was i resisting arrest or being aggressive with the cops, as they approached me they grabbed me with physical force, told me to get on the ground. As one of the officer’s begin to put his knee in my neck i said “Please, I already can’t breath and I have asthma!”
One of the officers was carrying a automatic weapon the time of my arrest. As I’m on the ground, handcuffed motionless, I felt the barrel of a automatic weapon in the back of my neck! I was in fear for my life and my rights!! They arrested me in the back of an alley with no signs no nothing. I served 3 days in jail with no bond! When i got locked up my charges was disorderly conduct.
When i went to court my chargers we’re disorderly conduct and resisting arrest!
Slept on the floor with no mats the first two days I was there! We didn’t even get water to drink, no shower, not even a phone call home like we’re supposed to. Where is our commissary money going, jus curious??
I was sent to the hospital after this matter took place, after asking the officers plenty of times I needed medical treatment. Booking officers in lock-up made him take me, the lady at the hospital said my heart rate was 120 beats per min. Average heart rate is 60-100 beats per min,
