My face was slammed into concrete and I received a concussion and a broken nose

I was arrested 2 blocks from the courthouse on May 30th trying to leave the area. I did not resist, yet my face was slammed Into concrete and I received a concussion and a broken nose. While bleeding and handcuffed, the officer screamed “Can you fucking breathe now” into my ear. Of course that did not make the police report. I did not get to see a doctor in my 44 hours in holding.
